This little cute one was adopted 2 days ago from a no-kill, cageless cat shelter. She is beyond spunky, energetic, adventurous - she has an amazing personality for an 8 week old that weighs in at 1 pound! She has showed no moment of fear since she has entered our house, wants to be around any human that enters the door, and loves Sage and Barley (this morning she decided to make Barley's tail her new toy)!!! We are so lucky to have her - we were not looking to replace Lynx when we chose to adopt this one, but were hoping to receive a kitten that would capture Lynx' spirit. This little crazy cutie is definetely following in his footsteps - climbing up our legs, eating off our plates, and meowing for attention when she isn't getting enough. The animal gods have been really good to us - we have been very fortunate to have great pets enter our lives!!
We will be spending the evening making a flan, baking cookies, eating lasagna, watching Chistmas movies, doing a puzzle and playing with all our crazy pets. We hope you have a wonderful, safe, cheerful evening with your loved ones!
Love you all and Happy Holidays (and enjoy the pics)!
Dre and Joe
For now, we call her Tuga - she's a tortie (tortoise shell hair color) so the name fits for the time being. We haven't decided if we're sold yet on the name. As you can see, she's loving Christmas!!!
She plays, eats, and sleeps - mostly plays!!!
Trying to get into the camera bag - you kind of get a sense for how small she is considering the camera bag is not very big!!
Sage likes her, but can't seem to keep up with her energy!!
Barley and Joe - watching the little one play from afar. Barley is quite intrigued but very gentle. He's a good boy (and huge too!!)
She's fast as lightening. We have to watch our step now, especially Barley's!!
Retreating to the box - not because she's scared, not because she's tired, but because she wants to change play locations!! She's a fun one!!

She is too cute! I didn't know you were in the market for another little one- trying to see how many you can get in your place before your other little one arrives?!? You certainly are braver than I!
